G2G Horses Refund Policy

Overview

At G2G Horses, we strive to provide exceptional service for all our clients, including horse boarding, riding lessons, and outdoor experiences. While we make every effort to accommodate our clients’ needs, certain services are non-refundable due to scheduling, preparation, and care commitments. This policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds and cancellations.

Riding Lessons and Experiences

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a riding lesson or outdoor experience.

  • Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded if prepaid.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the preparation and scheduling of horses and staff.

Boarding Services

  • Boarding fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • Refunds for partial months are not provided, as boarding services require dedicated space, care, and resources.

  • If a horse needs to leave the ranch early, the client may request a prorated credit toward future services, at the discretion of G2G Horses.
